About Antonio Manzano Herraiz

Throughout my years of experience I have specialized in the Management of multidisciplinary teams for the development of singular projects, in the design of projects for Multinational Corporations, in the achievement of the client's objectives with the highest design quality and in the management of complex works. With a special interest in urban planning regulations, I consider myself an expert in carrying out projects on the Architectural Heritage of Madrid, the city where I have developed my entire career. Examples include the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, the Palace of the Counts of Guevara in Plaza de Santa Barbara or several housing projects in buildings with Integral Architectural Protection. In recent years, I have specialised in permitting and client representation for large data centre projects, and have been responsible for permitting and architecture for projects ranging from 9MW to 36MW of IT power.I have also carried out projects for banking entities such as BBVA, Deutsche Bank, LiberBank, BMN or Bankinter, among others, covering the entire process, from the selection and evaluation of premises to the establishment of Headquarters and branch banking networks throughout Spain.
