Manage and supervise the buyers in executing purchasing procedure and activities benching on masterproduction schedule Using the 3-quote policy, guide the buyers in supplier selection based on quality, cost, and delivery Develop a kitting system in handling/storage of local and imported CKD (complete-knock-down) aswell as SKD (semi-knock-down) raw materials such as electrical, mechanical, and electronic items Manage inventory control and supervise cycle count Lead and assist the buyers in negotiations with suppliers regarding prices and expediting deliveries Liaise with suppliers and shipping agencies the importation of selected materials Ensure raw materials to be in-housed prior to assembly schedule

Manage and supervise the following: Processing of the “Bring-in” and “Bring-out” of imported items to and from the tax free zone, CSEZ(Clark Special Economic Zone) Improvement of procedures or system processes in logistics and sales Handling and storage of imported products from the time they are received until the time they aredelivered to different customers. Schedule of deliveries Merchandising and retailing of products in the different outlets Promotional activities like sampling or gift-with-purchase programs Maintenance of the building, equipments, and vehicles Represent the trading and warehousing companies of CILA (Clark Investors and LocatorsAssociation) in meetings conducted by the CDC (Clark Development Corporation) Bookings of products in Duty Free Shops inside CSEZ The collections from the different sales accounts inside CSEZ
