This is administrative work in a small residential facility, moderate-size day facility, or serving as an assistant manager in a large residential facility in a treatment program involving the supervision of staff and juvenile offenders committed to the custody of the Missouri Division of Youth Services with the Department of Social Services.With the Division of Youth Services, we help youth prosper in today’s society. We create a therapeutic and educational environment for our youth to learn and grow into our leaders of tomorrow. FMs direct and manage the operation of a moderate-size residential treatment facility (20 beds); or small specialized facility (10 beds); and/ or serves as the assistants in one of the largest residential treatment facilities (40 beds) or large residential treatment facility for high risk juvenile offenders (30 beds).FM's also plans, implements, supervises, and evaluates the details of a group treatment program and the provision of individualized services for juvenile offenders; provides training to staff.Prepares reports on the progress of youth; prepares reports and documentation relating to staff. Initiates purchase requests; receives supplies and equipment; and maintains related fiscal and inventory control records.Maintains personnel and budgetary records for the facility, including personal accounts for assigned youth .Lastly but not limited to, a FM develops and promotes community
