I am an Oil and Gas engineer with an extensive experience in process unit operation and technical management. In the previous fifteen years, I worked for process treatment in Italy, Europe, South America, Russia, the Middle East, and Singapore.During my years at CHIMEC Spa, I successfully held different positions in a matrix environment, from sales plans and forecast preparation to market feedback and more technical positions. I’m client-oriented with a deep understanding of technical assistance delivery, but I also managed the company’s interactions with a wide variety of worldwide constituencies. I have good interpersonal skills, and I am an excellent team motivator.I have an outstanding technical preparation that allows me to think strategically, set priorities, and forecast the best solutions. I am able to excel both in a team and in an autonomous environment. I am Italian native, and Spanish native-like speaker, with a solid fluent business level English.I cooperated with Axen during the start-up of their VSB units in the Odessa Refinery (Lukoil) and in Cartagena (Ecopetrol). I moreover assisted Lukoil in VSB start-up of Ukhta Refinery.During the last years, I worked as an external advisor for a portfolio of customers, helping and guiding them towards their process optimization for several units.
