- Perform dispute processing for MasterCard through chargebacks, compliance, and arbitration. - Research and investigate fraudulent and counterfeit transactions.- Monitor neural network alerts for possible fraudulent activity- Know and understand how to apply MasterCard Dispute Resolution Rules.- Process draft retrievals; cardholder disputes; compliance and arbitration cases accurately and in accordance with MasterCard Dispute Resolution Rules and Regulations.- Fulfill documentation requirements to acquirers within the time frames listed in MasterCard Operating Regulations- Set up fraud files and research transactions for applicable dispute rights- Process fraud write offs
