Automotive engineering for TBR OE customers.- Interface to internal teams such as R&D TBR design, compounding and testing team in order to enhance the tailor-made tire development for the European market.- Interface to the European marketing and technical sales team.- Benchmark and performance monitoring of competitor tires in order to define future performance targets.- Observation and definition of field test methodologies in European countries.- Performance monitoring of products including field tests (in cooperation with technical sales team).- Planning, organizing, follow-up and reporting of TBR field tests in cooperation with technical sales team.

R&D Engineer PCR TiresCompound responsible for European winter and all season passenger products. - To develop new products to satisfy OE Customers’ needs.- To design new compound formulations and to manage tire testing validation activities (wet/winter/wear/RR/durability tire tests), to issue analytical summary and present to Management.- To develop new and innovative prototype for magazine submittal.- Interaction with LSCM, Product Planning and sales departments to set business strategies and define products road map.

R&D Engineer TBR TiresCompound responsible for European heavy duty tire products development, OE replacement and retread products.- Focus on specific tire performance developments aimed to meet market tire requirements.- Compound development based on new raw materials evaluation and design of new rubber formulations.- Managing plant assistance for product industrialization in all manufacturing stages (mixing, extrusion, calendaring building and curing).- Compounding/tire testing: definition of tire testing methodologies based on market requirements and tire applications.- Interface with R&D; Technical sales and OE Customers- Competitors performances and technology trends monitoring and analytical reporting
