- Part of the SPRINZ Concussion Research project team. A research project on concussion management and education in school and community sports. Job includes data interpretation, thematic analysis, conducting of focus group discussions, and composition of a literature review.- Part of the Sport New Zealand Coaching for Impact project team. A project that aims to upskill New Zealand’s coaches in various sports through workshops and practical sessions.

- 1 on 1 private Boxing training sessions to clients of various ages and levels.- Training is composed of proper delivery of punches, executing combinations, footwork, defense, speed development and power development.- Created training programs according to the level of clients that focused on building strong technique and fundamentals, self-defense, physical fitness, and skill acquisition.

- Taught English classes of various levels/ ages, one-on-one, group, online and in-person.- Created lesson plans and materials on my own for all classes- Administered practice tests and lessons for students who need an English certification from Cambridge and British Council

Handle global expatriate transactional requests and information queries in the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Oceania regions. Requests received from employees, Local HR, HR Business Partners and line managers via web forms, email and telephone.

- Managed a team consisting of 4 team leaders.- Created an onboarding program alongside the learning and development team for AIESEC in DLSU's new joiners.

- Responsible for AIESEC in De La Salle University's global exchange program which aims to send Filipinos abroad for volunteer experiences in different NGOs for 6-12 weeks or paid internships in different companies for 6-78 weeks.- Managed a team of 3 Directors for Sales, Accounts Management and International Relations.- Spearheaded a project and as a result improved the process design and ways of working of AIESEC in DLSU's outgoing global exchange product- Improved the excange process time from 30 days to 14 days- Closed 8 International Relations partnerships with 4 AIESEC entities from Indonesia, 3 branches from Vietnam and 1 from Turkey- Nominated for an excellence award during one of the conferences of AIESEC in the Philippines- Sent an exchange participant to Germany for a one year health internship opportunity amidst the pandemic (only one in the entire AIESEC in the Philippines)

- Spearheaded the very first virtual local conference for AIESEC in DLSU- Garnered over 70 delegates for the conference- Managed a conference committee consisted of 24 members composed of AIESEC in DLSU's executive board, conference chair, organizing committee head and 6 organizing committee functions (Programs, Logistics, Sponsorships, Marketing, Delegate Management and Finance)

- In charge of the event partnerships and the procurement of necessary materials for AIESEC in DLSU's year-end recognition event, AIESEC New Year- Closed sponsorship deals with companies like Foodpanda, Zalora and Dove.- Closed a venue and catering partnership for the event in two days.

- Spearheaded the very first team that focused solely on International Relations for AIESEC in DLSU's Outgoing Global Exchange department.- Led a team consisting of 6 members- International Relations team was created in order for the department to have a faster process time and to connect with AIESEC branches around the world.- Researched and collated information along with the Marketing department through a market research in order to know the right International Relations partners to tap and exchange opportunities to look for.- Met with vice presidents and international relations managers from different AIESEC branches from Asia like Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand.- Closed an International Relations partnership with AIESEC in Hanoi for their year-end volunteer exchange program and sent 2 exchange participants from the Philippines.

- In charge of creating promotional video content for AIESEC in the Philippines' national recruitment campaign as well as creating and post-processing the video content to promote AIESEC in the Philippines' outgoing global exchange program to potential customers. All of which are posted in AIESEC in the Philippines' digital media platform.

- Participated in various workshops about production and post production- Immersed on how film production houses work on producing a film from various methods of production and post production from cinematography, offline editing, sound design, color grading and online editing.- Worked with a team of interns to create various projects from screenplays, short films and studio photoshoots.- Worked on the audio to video syncing of the independent film project, Tayo Muna Habang Hindi Pa Tayo- Honed skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Lightroom

- Part of the strategic initiatives team which is in charge of tapping different companies for short and long term partnerships with AIESEC in DLSU.- Organized a talk with my teammates about Effective Communication for students of DLSU.- Tapped and closed partnerships with companies for the benefit card of AIESEC in DLSU-M's members- Consistent Team Member of the month awardee.

- Spearheaded the very first External Relations team for AIESEC in De La Salle University's Customer Experience department.- Led a team consisting of 3 members- Researched and collated information to partner with different accommodation sites in Metro Manila for incoming foreign exchange participants to stay in.- Frontline communication for AIESEC in DLSU's partnered non-government organizations where incoming foreign exchange participants volunteer in.- Closed 2 accommodation partnerships

- Responsible for taking care of the experience of AIESEC in De La Salle University's incoming foreign exchange participants once they arrive in the country for their volunteer experience or internship in the Philippines- Led a team consisting of 5 members- In charge of the implementation of AIESEC's exchange standards, orienting an exchange participant during their first day in the Philippines, taking an exchange participant to their first day of work through public transportation, and organizing different servicing initiatives for the participants to engage with the members of the organization or experience the culture of the Philippines.- Recognized by AIESEC in DLSU during its year-end recognition ball as the Experience Delivery Excellence Awardee for the Customer Experience department
