- Undertook a diverse range of responsibilities across the marketing, artist management, and playlisting teams, contributing to the strategic and operational objectives of each department.- Contributed to the successful organization of Morat’s “Gira Antes de que Amanezca x Los Estadios” concert for 40,000 attendees at the Estadio el Campin with the Artist Management Team.- Assisted the marketing team in constructing a promotional plan for Joaquina’s single release “No Llames lo Mio Nuestro,” including outreach to social media influencers and outlining a four-week marketing strategy.- Constructed three playlists: including two fixed, approved and shared across UMG's social media platforms, and one dynamic playlist, “Musiquita Parchada Pa’l Viajecito,” a 150-song playlist focused on early 2000s and modern Latin Pop, promoting it through a targeted 30-second Spotify advertisement.- Utilized UMG’s artist database to categorize over 5,000 songs into genres and sub-genres, supporting the creation and development of front and catalog playlists as well as Excel documents to compare UMG’s share in the Latin American music sector’s Top 5,000 weekly songs from 2023 and 2024.

- Collaborated in the Vision 30 / 30 project (a program dedicated to promoting the country's sustainability practices) by carrying out diagnoses of rural areas within the country to identify organizations pioneering circular economy operations. - Created a bilingual report outlining these organizations' strategies and contact information for the ANDI to expand its network and cultivate new partnerships. Investigated international frameworks for social inclusion in order to improve the working conditions of waste pickers in Colombia by granting them labor rights and access to training.- Researched successful international sustainability methodologies and created a report analyzing these practices, providing a reference document that contributed to Vision 30/30’s future sustainable development projects.
