I am a passionate Venezuelan-Spanish person with a strong interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, and Venture Capital. My journey in this field has provided me with valuable experiences, particularly during my time at Plug and Play Ventures, where I actively contributed to investments in early-stage startups across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This opportunity also granted me valuable insights into how large corporations address their innovation needs.Motivated by my passion, I embarked on a project in Venezuela. The aim of this project is to foster the growth of the local startup ecosystem via Open Innovation. Drawing from my experience in startup incubation and acceleration, as well as my knowledge of what VCs seek in investments, I sought to share my knowledge and support aspiring entrepreneurs.Having lived in three countries—Venezuela, Spain, and Italy—I have come to appreciate the power of connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds. This exposure has nurtured a global perspective within me. I am always eager to meet like-minded individuals and explore new opportunities to collaborate and grow.
