• Initially hired as a Site Coordinator for the Sousa Middle School after-school program where primary responsibilities included oversight of the program lesson planning, lead instruction, and administrative processes..
• Assisted senior staff in recruitment, hiring, and training of 60-70 Federal Work Study students as “Site Associates” for the organization’s 2015 summer camp and 2015-16 after-school programs.
• Managed HR administration for the organization’s Site Coordinators and Federal Work Study students including background checks and Tuberculosis screenings.
• Managed payroll administration for all staff and Federal Work Study students.
• Reconciled and submitted attendance data for all school site programs of the organization to grantors.
