CurrentKeane purchased Trican Well Service in March 2016. Duties and Responsibilities stayed the same. * Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations for Fracturing, Coil Tubing And Wireline Service Lines*Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and forecasting future inventory needs.* Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing warehouse layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for parts replacements* Utilize material requests in order to purchase supplies and parts.* Utilize BOM’s, search catalogs, records, Web ECat and Cummins Quickservce or other data sources to obtain correct part numbers or find authorized substitutes for stock items; contact vendors and others to obtain status information on parts.* Coordinate with transportation and field supervisors to ensure parts and supplies are taken out to location when needed. * Forecast and Maintain parts stock at a level that enables the maintenance department and service lines to complete work without delay.* Manage and control costs by utilizing different vendor to purchase parts, consumables and tools to find the most cost effective price.* Generate work orders utilizing SAP Maintenance system to track preventative maintenance and completes services.* Utilize SAP for inventory purposes, issuing parts and generating maintenance work orders.
