Developed and managed the technical team responsible for delivering some of the largest and most profitable data processing and interpretation contracts to the company at a world wide level between 2008 and 2011. Mentored, trained and developed the next generation of local managerial personnel as part of the nationalization plan for the region. Designed and executed, along with the technical IT team, the integration and base move from our existing offices to the new multi-segment joint base with minimal disruption to the processing center operations.
