A talented and goal oriented Fraud & Payment Risk Management Professional with over 13 years’ experience within the fraud prevention landscape managing fraud and payment risks across multiple industries and markets.In my current role as Payments and Fraud Manager at Golden Goose, I am responsible for the payment and fraud prevention strategy of the company. I plan for the implementation of new payment methods. I also execute risk assessments related to fraud and chargebacks to identify emerging trends. I develop new fraud prevention strategies to protect company's revenue while reducing risk and improving order acceptance and customer experience. I also act as Point of Contact (POC) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for other parts of the business and provide guidance and advice on fraud related matters. In my previous role as Fraud Investigations Manager at Amazon I managed fraud and abuse prevention teams in different verticals of the business (Seller and Buyer) and provided the necessary support to achieve global objectives and realise departmental strategy. Key aspects of the role included: transaction analysis aiming at reducing fraud rates (payments, accounts and chargebacks) while increasing order acceptance; I tracked and reported on a monthly basis all objectives and KPIs for operational risk; I designed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures to achieve business objectives and improve customers' shopping experience by reducing friction.
