My role demanded I work in a fast-paced, autonomous team environment to ensure all contractual obligations were met in terms of providing a physical security presence, whilst liaising with internal and external stakeholders, completing a variety of administrative tasks, data entry and amending rosters, completion of daily reports, memorandums and emails.

As a senior operator at Executive Security Solutions, I was in charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the National Operations Centre. My role primarily included alarm monitoring, patrol dispatch and liaising with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external to our organisation. The alarm monitoring aspect includes monitoring assets of our clients that included various residential and commercial sites. The patrol dispatch includes the management of our own 15 patrol units that operate within metropolitan Melbourne as well as liaising with other provides across all states of Australia. My responsibilities of maintaining client relations have increased my ability to be personable and gain invaluable experience working in an operations centre that has client across Australia and New Zealand.

Whilst working for Aussie Demonstrators, I was a Senior Sales Associate who work for and bought then resold a various range of products including kids toys and kitchen utensils. We operated from pop-up shops in shopping centres, where I would be responsible for consulting with consumers and persuading customers to purchase our products. I was also responsible for the maintenance of the site which required keeping it presentable and appealing.

As a crew member of McDonalds, I was responsible for the preperation of food and maintenance of the kitchen and storerooms. I was involved in the cooking of meat patties as well as the creating of burgers, salards and wraps. Addition responsibilities required to keep the store clean, involving general cleaning duties.

As a quality assessor for On Demand Printers, I was responsibile for inspecting printered books, calenders and folios. On some days I would also assist in the dispatch department where id be responsible for sending customer orders to their residence. In addition, I also assisted in general warehouse work, packing and unpacking of deliveries and other such orders.This position was temporary and only required over the christmas rush.

As a crew member, I worked in both in the front and back of the restuarant where I was responsible for the collection of orders as well as the preperation of those orders. At Hungry Jacks, I would be required to undertake general cleaning duties including the maintenance of the front dinning area and the back cooking area.
