Tech-Hub is an accelerator of startups coming from different industries, both digital and IP based, with a special focus on leveraging technology potential from University spin-offs. Its aim is to release a startup kit for new entrepreneurs, including a grant beetween 25-50k € for seven startups two times per year, and maximize the enterprise and investor network of the three founders: Banco di Napoli, Università di Napoli Federico II and Camera di Commercio di NapoliOur startup, called PizzaNow, were selected to follow master classes equivalent for startups (business management, marketing, elevator pitch, business plan, finance, IPR, etc.).

Main activities and achievements:  Technical and administrative management of up to five research projects at the same time, national and European, for a total value of about 6 M €; Preparation of new R & D projects and market activities for a total budget of about 20 M €; Coordination of 8 resources, including engineers and technicians.

Management of a group of engineers for the design and development of new devices for industrial measurement (temperature, humidity, pressure....).

Main activities and achievements: Planning of procurement activities (Gantt and Pert charts), project management, cost management, resource allocation, UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 quality documentation, technical proposal writing in Italian, English, French; Analysis of business opportunities worldwide by identifying all the financial benefits regional, national, international; Team leader Trefin (3F & Edin SpA, Aerosoft SpA, Nauticad Ltd) for relations with European partners for research and development; Project manager for the development of an interactive multimedia platform for B2B and B2C in the aeronautical field, coordination of 10 resources.

Main activities and achievements:  Functional analyst in the automotive and life sciences, diagnostics and intelligent pattern recognition; prototyping hardware / software; Operative responsible for groups of undergraduates in the field of remote monitoring systems via GPRS, in the automotive field; Design of wireless sensor networks interconnected by ZigBee wireless protocol.

Main activities and achievements: Measures characterization of a device for opto-electronic APS (Active Pixel Sensor). Instrumentation purchasing and management of the laboratory of electronic measurements.

Main activities and achievements: Study of a new version of a portable test stand for aircraft electrical systems, used by maintenance engineers on the ground.
