I worked in Quality Analysis, which encompasses, among other aspects, the study of plant indicators:- FTQ (First Time Quality): errors in processes involved in harness manufacturing, such as circuit inversion, terminal disconnection in connector cavities, and other issues.- Rework: actions involving the correction of a wrongly made harness segment.- Scrap: material discarded during the production process, resulting in financial losses for the plant.These indicators are meticulously analyzed through data stratification and filtering, primarily using Excel dashboards and tables, leveraging tools like Power Query and VBA.Another significant activity in Quality was specializing in the Siemens QSYS CCM complaint module. This involved remote training sessions with the Espírito Santo do Pinhal plant and other Brazilian plants. I led these sessions under the mentorship of Lynn Everson, the Global Quality Systems Director at Aptiv. I created materials and tutorials and provided personalized assistance. This experience facilitated the understanding and initiation of complaints and optimized the follow-up process to track complaint progress.English was a crucial tool for exchanging ideas throughout this process.

In the Uai!rrior robot combat team (from the Federal University of Itajubá), I served as a member of the Marketing and Management department. This role involved producing all team content, managing social media, creating promotional materials, overseeing financial control, establishing partnerships (liaising with companies), handling logistical arrangements related to competitions, and organizing the team's workflow using organizational methods.
