The scope of the project was to support Celtic WebMerchant to expand in the Italian niche market of historical replicas. Our responsibilities as a consultancy team, included providing strategic recommendations based on market analysis, competitors’ analysis, and export practices. Further to that, by being the group leader, I had to be the link between the client, my consultancy team (consisting of four international students) and the supervisor, while being in charge of organizing group meetings and assigning individual responsibilities.
