Provide support and contribute to the ExamWorks InfoSec GRC programs such as: Risk Management, Third Party/Vendor Management, Vulnerability/Threat Management, Compliance Management, RFP/SAQ Process Management and others.Collaborate with different departments in the analysis, response, and document packages of RFPs and security questionnaires as required by clients of EW business units.Assess and monitor security processes and controls to assure compliance with applicable security frameworks, regulatory, and client requirements as well as promote good information security practices.

Leads internal and external IT compliance audits and IT electronic records management. Assist with supporting risk remediation efforts and establishing robust processes to support an efficient and effective audit process. Ensure that all requirements (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards, Policies, etc.) are being followed. Document and perform routine control tests and provide recommendations on how to improve processes to comply with requirements. Conduct IT security risk assessments for various technology and security frameworks. Establish and maintain a records life cycle to ensure that all records are appropriately managed in accordance to company policy (e.g. creation, modification, movement and destruction).

Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, trends, and opportunities. Maintains journals and ledgers, prepares financial statements, conducts financial studies, and coordinates financial projects.Tracks key financial metrics to foster process improvements and performs analysis of financial statement accounts and specific projects, as directed.Assists with the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports.Participates with the preparation of month and year-end processes by reviewing actual vs. budget/forecast and researching variances.

- Perform monthly closing of financials- Responsible for the general ledger month-end close and presentation of the balance sheet and income statement results and analysis- Perform general ledger entries and reconciliation for month-end close.-Perform processes so the deadlines for financial reporting are met and all accounting and reporting activities are performed- Reconcile and analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts.- Produce a variety of financial reports including periodic reports and analyses, setting forth progress and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.- Maintain and monitor applicable SOX controls and provide associated support to internal and external auditors.- Participate in special projects by supporting management and the project team in various tasks.
