During 1 year I participated in the program implementation of the new contract for urban cleaning and waste recollection in the city of Barcelona. The project was developed in the Department of Maintenance and Service in the City Council of Barcelona, working with different outsourcing services companies: FCC, Urbaser and Cespa. The main project's objective was to ensure the supply of equipment for the new contract and its implementation on time.
