As an independent health insurance broker I strive to provide clients with the most appropriate health insurance policy to fit their specialized needs. I am authorized by specific insurance companies to act on their behalf and essentially guide clients through the process of selecting a policy for themselves or for employees.

I am responsible for educating seniors and the community about Medicare products; generating enrollment leads and referrals; enrolling seniors in the Meridian Medicare Advantage plan; and presenting plan information at community-based seminars. As a Medicare Consultant I am responsible for developing and maintaining leads which includes timely reporting and documentation of results for use by management. I must conduct myself professionally at all times and be in full compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the store’s day to day operations and performance. I encouraged store growth and increase profitability through the management of customer relations, operating costs, sales and collections. This position called for a highly charismatic leader who has the ability to develop great relationships and effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.

Manages retail sales and service function. The primary goal is to serve the customers total financial service needs resulting in greater market share, wallet share and profitability. This is accomplished by creating a vital sales and service organization, promoting teamwork with partners and other corporate departments. Creates, trains and coaches a successful sales team through the development of staff as a competitive advantage. Responsible for effective staff salary administration and rewards. Develops and administers budgets, business development goals and objectives, staffing models, schedules and performance standards.
