Member of the firm’s Capital Markets practice with over 25 years’ experience of advising private equity firms, companies, and investment banks on a variety of capital markets, public M&A, and general corporate representation matters, with a particular focus on equity and debt offerings, including: IPOs, rights issues, secondary offerings, investment grade and high yield issues and convertible/exchangeable issues, as well as structured finance transactions such as equity derivatives, collar financing and other equity linked products. I also regularly provide my clients with on-going legal advice on general board and corporate representation matters.
