I am the ICT Manager of the Group (up to 350 employees and a turnover of about 16M€) and I am responsible for managing the main company business processes and goals, reporting to the CEO directly. In my department work up to 15 resources: engineers, developers, system architects and help desk specialists.I am also in charge of annual budgeting (up to 900K€ per year). Every month I produce a Summary Report to be discussed with the Board, aimed to ensure a real cost controlling and to provide prompt remedial actions, if needed.I have the responsibility of the Project Management, defining planning, costs and resources allocation after the System Analysis and Requirements definition phases. Our main projects are located in the following areas: engineering, automotive and aerospace technical documentation and training, cross-media communication, web and marketing. Moreover, my department in 2016 has designed and developed a complete E-learning platform and an Industrial Management Control Platform integrated with the ERP SAP. Both the platforms are completely web-based.Moreover, I also deal with purchasing management for all the technical supplies, contracts and consulting needs.Frequently I like to propose innovations and new ideas (for organization and/or new business).

I am the ICT and PMO Manager. My department has the responsibility of the Applications Development, system analysis and Project Management in a wide variety of business applications. Particularly, we have interest in web environment, CMS enterprise solutions and mobile applications XML based.I manage and coordinate my collaborators on every project and I also take care of the Analysis and cost determination, time plannings, milestones and roll-out of every project. I define and manage the annual ICT Budget.I have conducted strategical projects for innovating technical publishing processes, XML based, and Web 2.0 platforms. We adopt the following tecnologies for developing solutions: Microsoft .NET and LAMP based web environment. XML, SGML, XSLT. PhoneGap, Ionic and AngularJS.

In that period I worked as ICT & PMO Manager in Satiz - ILTE Group.I provided advice on programme planning, resourcing and demand management, budgeting and reporting.In my department worked up to 20 resources and I managed the main IT suppliers and partners as well. Our goal was to become a results-driven team who can deliver a great support service to internal business units and customer's needs, on all projects around technologies
