In my role as a Senior Financial Analyst, my main focus is to approve and track pricing at all levels (COGs, Retail Price, and FOB to customer) for all products across the company's portfolio. I focus heavily on ensuring that all pricing is set-up to allow for achievement of the company's gross profit goals across the specific product or brand. On top of the approval and tracking of pricing, I also handle various reporting in this role using Excel, Power BI, as well as some other tools. In my role as a Supply Chain Specialist, I handled the purchasing and imports process for a set of brands within the companies portfolio. This included the placing and tracking of purchase orders with all suppliers and freight forwarders, as well as the completion of customs documentation. In order to make purchasing decisions for the brands and/or products which I handled, I analyzed various data sets on a weekly basis from our reporting team to decide if and when orders needed to be placed. Additionally, myself and my team collaborated in the creation of purchase forecasts for various brands to ensure inventory stayed at healthy levels in the short and long term. Furthermore, with every order I analyzed shipping costs to make sure COGs on the product were as low as possible to maximize profit for the company. In my role as a Customer Service Representative, I handled the entire order management process for a number of customers across the United States. The "order management" process which I refer to included: all purchase order management, credits, rebills, and returns for all of my customers. Throughout my time in the role, I feel as though I was able to develop a strong relationship with all customers and third parties that I worked with, in turn helping the relationship between the customer or third party and company grow stronger as well. I was able to do this through strong attention to detail, exceptional organization and follow through skills, as well implementing new processes with the customers and third parties that helped streamline ways of working in order to make everyone's job easier. However, not only was I externally able to make an impact and held to a high regard, but my work also began to be noticed internally. During my time in this role, and even as I had moved on from it, I was often selected to train new staff coming into the department to ensure they had a quick transition into excelling within the role. In my role as an Operations Intern, I feel as though I was able to have a big impact on the company despite the fact I was just an intern. Within my time at the company during the summer, I assisted in the purchasing and imports process for the company's biggest brand - Risata Wines. Additionally, I also assisted in the organizing and shipping of merchandise and point-of-sale nationwide. I feel that these two "roles", which I assisted in the most throughout my time as an intern, really prepared me to step in and make an impact right away as a full time employee. Through these two roles, I was able to be very hands-on in doing things that made a big impact on the company and therefore gain a lot of relevant experience that I still take with me today.Other Information:-During my time assisting in the purchasing and imports process for Risata Wines, the company saw a massive increase in shipments in July of the summer I was there. This increase came out to 175,000 cases shipped in the month of July 2021, which was a 190% increase to July of the year before.

In my role as a Sandwich and Salad Maker, I ensured that all orders were executed correctly and efficiently for customers. I did this through collaborating with my co-workers as well as making sure we had a clean and organized kitchen to streamline everything once orders were received. In my role as an Athletic Marketing Intern, I predominantly engaged with fans by running booths at Seton Hall sporting events in order to inform them about all things Seton Hall Athletics and enhance their experience at events. In my role as a Sports Poll Worker, I was tasked with conducting phone calls to random respondents across the United States and polling them on a set of questions regarding relevant topics in the sporting world. The topics that we asked about at the Sports Poll changed every month, depending on what was relevant in the sporting world. In my role as a Delivery Driver, I provided exceptional customer service on top of ensuring that all delivery orders were delivered to customs in a timely manner. Additionally, I ensured that all items within orders were correct and the correct location and/or customer received the order. I did this through close collaboration with the kitchen staff as well as superb attention to detail from myself.

In my role as a Host, I did several things to contribute to the success of the restaurant. Predominantly, I ensured that all customers felt welcome in the restaurant by developing relationships with them given that it was a popular restaurant in the neighborhood. On top of just seating people within the role, I assisted in managing the flow of seating through tracking where customers were at in their dining experience, in order to make sure that people flowed through the restaurant at a healthy pace and to ensure we were able to give out guests accurate wait times if we weren't able to seat them right away. Given that this was my first role, the main thing which I will take away was learning how to collaborate with co-workers given that everyone had different things that they brought to the table in regards to how they went about their jobs.
