As a project manager at F6S, I participate in multiple EU projects, which aim to support and accelerate innovation in the fields of Cybersecurity, AI, Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 . With over two decades of experience in software architecture, process management, and requirements engineering, I bring a strong technical background and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle to my role.I have successfully implemented and adapted agile methodologies to various project contexts and environments, ensuring compliance with CMMI and ISO 9001 standards, and enhancing the quality and efficiency of the software products and services delivered. I have also disseminated and mentored best practices in contextual design, architecture-centric design, and architecture trade-off analysis, both within F6S and as an invited assistant professor at the University of Coimbra. I am a fast thinker, a skilled negotiator, and an effective communicator, with the ability to address multiple stakeholders, manage conflicting interests, and present complex ideas in formal and informal settings.
