As a Project Manager I was responsible of the Boushar storm drainage network project (0.4 M €) from the tendering phase to the submission of the final design, I managed a team of 3 engineers and 5 draftsmen to deliver the project in time to the Client, the Muscat Municipality (Oman).As a Project Manager Assistant I worked on the following projects and activities:- Wadis Ansab & Jifnain flood protection network (1.8 M €), consisting on the design of 7 dams and 50 km of channels for the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources (Oman),- Drainage master plan for Duqm (0.8 M €) for the Duqm Steering Committee (Oman), where I coordinated the subcontractors and the internal design activities of Sering.- Ibri recharge dams (0.8 M €) design of a network of 7 dams to enhance the aquifer recharge of the Ibri area for the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources (Oman)- Slope consolidation design and geotechnical survey (0.7 M €) for Federici Stirling Batco, contractor engaged in the construction of the Dubai-Fujaira highway (U.A.E.)- Assistance to the CEO in business development in New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune (India)
