Responsible for giving advise to the Project management about the HES issues that may arise during the different phases of the project, development and revision of safe work procedures, inspections, hazard ID and development of control measures to achieve a free incident environment for, logistics and drilling activities. Training coordination and delivery in various topics, BBS campaign, inicident investigation and reporting, design and delivery of proactive HES communication campaigns, supervision of on field contactors HES supervisors, performance monitoring, OE implementation, and e-colors campaign.

.-Responsible for managing all Geosciences division issues related to HSE..-Supervision of HSE and medical personnel assigned to projects, onshore and off shore.-Responsible for the relation with company customers and contractors during the development of the designated projects in all issues related to HSE, including pre start documentation, equipment inspections, HSE project plans, training, ERP plans, EPP, among others.-Monitoring of the HSE KPI's and analysis of incident trends in order to delineate control strategies to avoid reoccurrence..-Projects hazard analysis, development of control measures and personnel notification following local legislation and standards..-Responsible for the coordination of all Geosciences personnel HSE training based on individual activities and competence assessment.

Responsible for the assurance process in HSE , and focal point in the Venezuelan chemical association. .I was also responsible for obtaining the permits for the import and export of chemicals subject to governmental control. Coordinated the project for the study of soil and ground water contamination at a former crop protection formulation plant. Supervised two staff and managed an annual direct Budget of US$ 900 K and an annual budget for the environmental project of aprox. US$ 500 K.
