As the CEO, Antonio is responsible for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of Tech6 Group. He drives the alliances, sales and implementation best practices in the areas of Business Intelligence, Corporate Performance Management.

As the Executive Director, Antonio conducted the company strategy and alliances, and also defined sales and implementation best practices and strategies in the areas of Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management.

Antonio is an accredited Board Member at Sysphera, a Latin American company, provider of comprehensive performance management (CPM) solutions with operations and resources in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Portugal. Sysphera and Sysphera for MicroStrategy enable financial and operational performance for organizations, supporting their strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, workflow, reporting, financial modeling, scenario planning, profitability analysis, KPI monitoring, and financial consolidation.

As one of the Vice-Presidents of Grêmio Foot-Ball Porto Alegrense, Antonio worked in the management of the club in this period. He was directly responsible for the ERP SAP 4 / HANA implementation occurred in 2015/2016, selecting and hiring the consulting firm as well as carrying out the preparation of the entire SAP HANA infrastructure for the project. Antonio was also directly responsible for the identification and purchase of performance analysis tools based in SAP technologies, OPTA / Perform, Sportscode, TOG Sports and Polar, guiding the development of a new methodology for technical and tactical performance analysis for the athletes, opponents and, as well for the identification and recruitment of players in the market. This projects was conducted very closely with the Technical Commission of the Footbal Department. Antonio was invited as a regular speaker at SAP for its sports solutions and participated in symposiums and conventions in Brazil and Germany always representing the club. Antonio also accumulated functions in the Department of football, including the travels to dispute the Brazilian Championship Serie A in 2016. 2016 Copa do Brazil Champion.

As the VP Product Strategy at SYSPHERA North America, Antonio advises on product strategy and product expansion discussion agenda with sales, product development team and market executives. He also tracks the CPM market looking for opportunities and threats, recommending offensive and defensive actions to company’s board executives; defines the strategic key product management initiatives such as product pricing, licensing and positioning and Evangelize the indirect and direct sales force.

As the Sales Specialist Executive for SAP Business Analytics Solutions, Antonio worked with an Account Executive team to develop and lead account strategy and executive relationships with one another. The activities included the promotion and sales of the SAP Solutions, evangelizing and inspiring customers' confidence to achieve their goals on their BA&T projects as well as the quality and strength of the executive relationships within the assigned territory. The main objective was to establish trusted advisor relationships with executives across finance and other business areas in each account that would provide the foundation for future business opportunities and position SAP to win sales opportunities by developing, communicating and driving effective selling strategies that are based on valid, customer-specific value propositions.

As the director of software solutions, Antonio was responsible for the Carpio portfolio, its product roadmaps, strategies, alliances and support to the sales teams in the U.S., Europe and Latin America.
