Wave is an online program management and collaboration platform that combines McKinsey’s proven expertise in large-scale transformation programs with an intuitive interface that allows organizations to successfully execute their business vision.

- Developed and implemented a framework for Portfolio and Program Management to standardize on-site projects across all phases. Created and implemented a framework to measure projects execution. Developed and implemented a Risk Management tool based on FMEA. Advised the Delivery Management team on Risk Management and executive communications effectiveness.- Managed client end-to-end IT Security Program, reporting directly to the CISO and facilitating scoping, estimation, project plan creation, and overall program progress communication for GRC and DLP initiatives.- Coordinated and managed Quality and Defect Analysis for a large Healthcare conversion program. Helped during the execution of a testing initiative, coordinating and following up on defects resolution with onsite and offshore teams. Performed risk analysis over historical defects data to inform key stakeholders about potential issues. Designed and developed MS Excel executive dashboards, and identified/cleaned defects data sources. Designed and executed a data profiling initiative to measure the quality of the program information.

- Helped with a Business Readiness Strategy for a Product Management initiative, helping the client with the adoption of three business processes and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations.

- Directed and managed day-to-day project execution, managing communication with the client, project timeline, budget, and change requests, reporting directly to the project sponsors (CFO and CIO). Conducted assessment of the Order to Cash process from the business and technology perspectives. Gathered functional and technical requirements to evaluate financial and functional feasibility of a SAP implementation. Managed a process improvement initiative, developing SIPOC diagrams, identifying pain points and developing future state high-level processes. Developed As-Is and To-Be IT architecture blueprints to support the proposed improvement initiatives, including the impact of a applications rationalization initiative.- Served as Mexico IT PMO leader for a $140 Million Communications project, and worked closely with the CIO to manage program risks. Organized and helped in the execution of joint application design (JAD) sessions between the business analysts and the vendor in charge of the CRM implementation. Helped during the execution of a data profiling initiative, being in charge of the communication between the offshore team, the business analysts and project leadership.

- Coordinated a team of 12 developers for the development of BPEL workflows, managing communication, activities and budget. Gathered functional and technical requirements to support a new streaming media solution. Led meetings with different system owners to define the current IT Applications blueprint and their integration points. Designed and documented ~20 business processes to support Systems integration and automation. Managed unit testing, functional testing and UAT for system integration requirements. Developed Service Oriented Architecture to support the integration of more than 10 applications (SAP, Siebel, Oracle BRM, Oracle Fusion and legacy systems).- Participated in a Regional deployment of a treasury solution. Conducted workshops with business and application owners to gather functional and technical requirements to support the treasury operation. Developed integration interfaces to facilitate the reconciliation of transactions between local banks and the legacy systems (ERP, Treasury). Developed customized MS Excel files to collect data from different Business Units.
