- Leading, since 2021, the development and launch of a new global HR model, assuming, in 2022, the position of Head of the People Solutions Team in Latin America. This organization provides custom-made HR solutions to business partners and DSM business, along with unique experiences to employees across the people management cycle.

- Led a broad range of global projects in Latin America and Total Rewards roles, such as the expansion of the Shared Services Center model, Post-Merger Integrations (Brazilian production facility from Amyris Biotechnologies), a new variable compensation program for the Animal Nutrition & Health unit of DSM, and a regional Health & Wellbeing program for employees. - Led the Global Sales Performance Management project from solution design and vendor selection all the way through to implementation and Change Management.- Conceptualized and directed the implementation of the Power-On program in the Latin America region, comprising 5 work streams: 1. Payroll and Shared-Services, 2. Policies, 3. Benefits, 4. Contingent Labor, and 5. Project & Change Management. The program was started in 2020 and ended in July 2021, being recognized by the HR Global Leadership Team as one of the most important endeavors of the year and being replicated by EMEA in 2022. - Harmonization of HR processes for Latin America, with the objective of improving the services provided in the region;

- Implementation of the Operations Personnel Upgrading Program. Around ten internal cross-functional as well as more than 30 external hiring’s took place, without any business disruptions;- Redesign and implementation of the new Pension Plan regulation, converting it into a defined-contribution type of plan, generating $1MM BRL in savings while eliminating Company's liability in the defined-benefit plan;- HR member of the Brazil Management Team responsible for aligning and coordinating with local business leaders in Brazil (ANH, HNH and PC) and other support areas, the administrative capacities of the sites, legal and labor, as well as the Security impact situations;- Conduction of DSM in the Great Place to Work process. DSM was recognized as one of the best companies to work for in 2013, 2014 and 2015;

- HR Leader of the Tortuga (Brazil), Fortitech (Brazil and Mexico) and ONC (Peru) Integration Projects (legal and operational aspects as well as the organizational culture).- Shut down of 2 manufacturing operations as a result of the organizational redesign defined during the integrations;
