More than 30 years of experience in international banking. l have held management positions in Santander and BBVA across different areas ranging from private to corporate banking, in US, Europe and Asia. It implied managing teams, liaising with different stakeholders, ie, supervisors and regulators. In addition, l created new business lines, such as the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and restructured the presence and activities of Santander´s in Asia.I retired from Banco Santander as head of European Corporate Affairs, Brussels based, in 2021.
