A lot of time he was knowing more and explaining better the product than people with more years in the company than him. Due to lack of staff in the team Antonio was not only leading the team he was also time to time answering big customers in spanish german and english language. He was doing plenty his team leader role but also often doing the same role as people of his team to help the team on particular cases. By doing that Antonio showed us he is always 100 % focused on the well being of customers and so of the company but that he is also a great leader by example which always help the team naturally when he has the possibility and time. Antonio will also always find ways to improve company and team process to gain time and so to make the team perform better at the end. As a team leader he can change your manner of working time to time but you will understand quick that every change is correct logical and finally a way to make you perform better by spending less time on recurrent tasks and gaining more time to focus on others new tasks. It was great pleasure to work with Antonio all this time as I learned and progress a lot by his side in a natural and favorable way.
