Curriculum Manager for new hire and career path training. Manage the work of two Sr. Instructional Designers, 4 internal Instructional Designers, and 3 contract IDs working on new hire or career path curricula.

• Project Manager - Oversee the work of 3-4 employees to redesign Customer Care, Technical Care, and Financial Care New Hire curricula for over 30 domestic and international call centers.
• One project Level 3 evaluation equals a 25% decrease in call backs; 10% decrease in transfers.
• Formulate file naming conventions and level of effort training standards.Instructional Designer - Write, design and produce 40% of new hire training.

• Responsible for the project management, design, development and implementation of online learning content including computer based training packages.
• Project manager to justify, select, implement and evaluate an internal learning management system (LMS). Responsible for ongoing administration of the LMS.
• Responsible for various training and performance needs assessments. Recommendations were implemented with documented savings of around $2M.
• Responsible for the task analysis and design of award winning Decision Support System tools which have significantly reduced average handle time with annual estimated savings of around $4M.
• Worked with four other employees to redesign and implement a new interface to the internal knowledge management website.
