Design Manufacturing to New Product launch (Automotive Rear and Head Lamps). Manufacturing data: Bill of materials (BOM), cycle time standards, labor standards. Issue weekly manufacturing labor planning. Labor Losses Reduction by Methods-Time Management (MTM). Ergonomic workplace design for productivity (Ergo-Uas).Leader of material cost reduction program VAVE (value analysis / value engineering).
