Responsible for utilizing the prescribed tools, processes, and procedures to ensure that the hosted services run at peak performance and within all documented service levels. Responsible systems/applications include but not limited to; Active Directory, Windows 2003/08 Server/Advanced Server, Exchange 2003/2007/2010, SharePoint 2.0/3.0/2010, Internet Information Server (IIS), TCP/IP, Microsoft Cluster Services, Storage Management, and Virtualization (VMware).

VIP Client Manager responsibilities included establishing and maintaining contact with Apptix’s VIP clients to ensure that the services and support that they are receiving are to their satisfaction. This contact included but was not limited to phone consultation as well as on-site visitations. Duties also included tracking the clients’ contact data, account usage, and acting as Lead Technician for the client if issues arise. VIP Support Technician duties included being responsible for the management and support of the applications, systems, and system elements that represent the Apptix hosted services infrastructure. Managed activities and tickets to ensure they meet the service level agreement. Provided outstanding customer service to Apptix clients, which included the support of hosted exchange services, BlackBerry Enterprise support, Windows Website Hosting, and Microsoft SharePoint support. Troubleshot a variety of system and application issues related to mail flow, DNS settings, BlackBerry reconciliation, data corruption, Microsoft Outlook, and more.
