I am currently seeking an opportunity to help build successful and engaged Product Development teams, capable of delivering products that make an impact.The majority of my professional experience has been in the development of highly technical software solutions, mostly used in the Engineering space and with focus on 3D / CAD applications. Early in my career, my problem-solving skills and natural leadership brought me into leadership roles. Over time, the ability to develop a solid business understanding opened the possibilities to enter the world of Product Management which helped me develop a 360 perspective of Product Development. I returned to Engineering and am now fully dedicated to the development of high-performing teams of engaged experts that collaborate to build robust solutions that meet the needs of the customers.Since 2008, I have been in Senior Leadership positions, thanks to my strategic thinking skills. I am most comfortable thinking in the medium-long term, setting vision and defining roadmaps, being involved in the decision-making process for short-term and day-to-day activities. I also value outcomes over activities, in other words, what matters most is what has been accomplished rather than what has been done. And for me, at the core of everything are the long and trusting relationships.
