As an IT Recruiter, my main duties are: Full life cycle recruiting (Job Posting,sourcing, phone interviews, qualifying, negotiating labor rates, and onboarding). Attract toptalent in LATAM for US-based companies. Develop talent pipelines for future hiringneeds.Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities. Identify qualifiedcandidate profiles using various sourcing techniques and platforms ( LinkedIn,Joad boards, etc). Enlarge ATS database with high-quality prospects (Manatal). Keep ATS updatedfor data collection and metric tracking. Networking with potentially USA clients. In Sales and Marketing:- Marketing Strategy development- Searching for potential clientes and making contact with them- Qualify the lead and zoom scheduling - Participation in demo and follow up the proposition

Inventory tracking.- Support for Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) Spot Checks (random and specially verification about correct tagging).-Support during live-Tagging (RFID). -Support for B2F (Book 2 Floor) and F2B (Floor 2 Book). Verification of assets in Datacenter and generation of information for the operational book.Data verification-Verifying the unique key indicators to check out the information through the use of the different tools
