Manages and develops a team of reinsurance analyst responsible for premium & claims administration of a block of life retrocession and longevity reinsurance business comprising over CAD$ ~1B of in-force premiums and is the subject matter expert regarding premium/claims portfolio data and information. The role is responsible for managing the risks associated with the run-off of the property and trade credit portfolio in keeping with enterprise standards.1. Leads, develops and manages performance of the Life Retro & Longevity Reinsurance Accounting & benefit data team.2. Leads, develops and manages adjudication of claims for all relevant lines of business including ceded claims to reinsurance partners3.
