After a year of dedicated service as a storekeeper at Açotech, I was fortunate to be presented with a professional growth opportunity and the honor of leading the warehouse and shipping team. Furthermore, my role expanded to encompass the management of PPCP (Planning, Programming, and Production Control). In this new position, I established a crucial point of contact with the production leader, playing a vital role in optimizing our production processes.My responsibilities included production scheduling and planning, ensuring that each step proceeded smoothly and efficiently. To achieve this, I maintained direct communication with the production leader, conveying delivery deadlines, the sequential order of production, and verifying the availability of all necessary items and technical drawings to avoid delays or issues on the production line.One of the innovations I introduced was the implementation of the Kanban method, supported by the Trello tool. This allowed for the organization of the production process from the initial contact of the seller with the customer. When a quote was approved, the seller forwarded it to me, turning it into a production order. If a quote was declined, I ensured that the seller reviewed the reasons for the rejection before proceeding.This promotion represented a significant challenge and a growth opportunity that allowed me to enhance my management, planning, and communication skills. With dedication and the use of tools like Kanban and Trello, I was able to contribute to the efficiency and ongoing success of our company.
