During my time at Shenzhen Akimoto Promotional Products, I was primarily responsible for developing the export sales of personal gifts and promotional gifts for South American countries. This role also tasked me with the maintenance of the company website, management of the 1688 International site, and overseeing quality inspections among other duties. Despite the heavy workload, I consistently completed the tasks assigned by company leadership. In the first year of my job, due to a lack of experience, the overall job satisfaction rate was only between 50% to 60%, which was not satisfactory. However, the company's leaders and the boss always maintained a nurturing and caring attitude towards me. They patiently taught me everything I needed to know, allowing me to progressively become more proficient in my responsibilities. Furthermore, I took the initiative to learn various job skills actively. This experience was instrumental in shaping my professional capabilities. It taught me the importance of perseverance, the value of a supportive team, and the need for continuous learning and adaptation. The challenges I faced early on helped me to cultivate a resilient and proactive work ethic, qualities that I consider essential in any professional setting. Moreover, working with South American clients enriched my cultural understanding and improved my communication skills across different cultural contexts. It was a fascinating experience to explore diverse market needs and to tailor our products and strategies accordingly. The exposure to multiple facets of business operations, from sales to quality control, has given me a versatile skill set and a holistic perspective on business. I have honed my problem-solving abilities, learned to manage multitasks efficiently, and developed a keen eye for detail. My journey has taught me that with determination, a willingness to learn, and the right support, any challenge can be overcome
