I have a BA in Communication Sciences from FCSH - Universidade Nova de Lisboa and for the last decade or so I've been dabbling in artistic direction, event production and social media management for the festival ZigurFest (run by Zigur - Associação Cultural) in the beautiful city of Lamego, as well as helming the micro-label combustão lenta records. More recently, I've also kept myself busy working as a Social Media Manager at Live Content for almost five years. In that period, my client portfolio has included Sport TV, Super Bock Super Rock, moey!, or Temos Pio by Banco Montepio. I've been working in communications and social media my entire career, first starting as a journalist intern at radio station TSF, then as a print reporter and online writer for Media Capital and Goody. Other relevant background includes a brief incursion in the start up world, where I helped launch and develop the travel start-up Ezimute as a content producer, translator and website manager, after which I moved on to do event production and communications at Casa da América Latina.
