Responsible for Tera SAP Practice including solution manager, delivery process, internal SAP training environment and SAP application maintenance. Specialist in process knowledge around Solution Manager, HP Quality Center, SAP TAO and QuickTest Professional. Responsible for internal training on SAP and Quality Center.

Monitoring and performance consultant using LoarRunner and SiteScope, also participated on projects as a functional consultant using QTP, QC and SAP TAO.Some other activities include the development of a small utility for load runner, and lead the efforts on the installation of SAP Solution Manager and SAP IDES ECC at Tera office.

In the area of Software Development, the primary focus of the position was to develop various DLL's so they could be used in the provisioning suite in order to communicate, activate and parse the request/response from various network elements. Technical Tools used were: XML, C#, Visual Studio 2008, .net Framework 3.5. A 3 month project in the role of Solutions Engineer was to provide a solution to integrate our client's OSS Suite to their clients RMS. The solution was achieved with the use of C#, Visual Studio 2008, .Net Framework 3.5 and Web Services.

In the role of Tester responsibilities were for the execution of test cases for an Oracle Application utilizing Quality Center and Quick Test Pro. As Software Engineer/DBA/PSADMIN activities involved were to create and manage 6 PeopleSoft instances based on MS SQL Server 2000, MS SQL Server2005 and Oracle 10g. Assisted team members on creating SQR's and other components. Technical Tool used were PeopleSoft 8.X and HRMS, MS SQL Server 2000 & 2005, Oracle 10g and Windows server 2003. Technical Tools utilized in the area of Software Development as a Software Engineer/DBA were JAVA, NetBeans, CVS, Windows Server 2003, Oracle 10g and JavaScript. Job activities were to manage servers and all DBA activities such as developing in JAVA, JavaScript and JSP. Client interaction was maintained on all SDLC's.
