    "As a child growing up in Salerno on the Amalfi Coast, my family had a tradition to prepare and eat pizza at least once a week. My mother would prepare and knead the pizza dough by hand. I vividly recall the cheerful women hand making and rolling out these white circles of dough; the aromas of the golden Piadinas hot off the stone; and the indescribable joy and pleasure of eating them while still warm.
