Project - "Balkans: from Stabilization to integration. Support to the integration of Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia in the European Union”- Needs analysis (market study) in the following sectors: agriculture, energy, environment and transports, and monitoring of available financing opportunities for the development of the key sectors in each country, at national, European and International level.- Identification and promotion of business opportunities for Italian Small and Medium Enterprises (Sme’s) through the organization of business missions of Italian entrepreneurs in the target countries also in the occasion of institutional visits, and promotion of Italian excellence and best practices in the considered sectors to local institutions and enterprises.- Organization of Country Presentations also in the occasion of international meetings and institutional visits.- Monitoring and reporting the achievement of the project objectives, promotion and organization of the activities envisaged and managing relations with Italian companies potentially affected by the preparation of a monthly report.- Monitoring and reporting of the activity of desk in the offices of the Balkan Area Network ICE and advertising of any opportunity for Italian companies potentially affected.- Synergy with the activities in the Industrial Collaboration and Relations with International Organization Division.

Support to the integration of Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia in the European Union” in partnership with Industrial Collaboration and Relations with International Organisation Division of ICE - Agenzia per la promozione all'estero e l'internazionalizzazione delle imprese italiane.- Collaboration as a representative of CFI in the implementation of projects aimed at facilitating the integration of beneficiary countries in the European Union, with a special focus on the adaptation of economic and trading systems to European standards.- Collaboration in the organization of Training Courses at local level and in Italy, envisaging the participation of Italian enterprises, with the objective of promoting Italian excellence.- Organization of Country Presentations also in the occasion of international meetings and institutional visits.
