As a Human Resources professional, I learned through implementing and managing core organization and talent management processes in different types of businesses. I did it in good times and bad times. I enjoyed building and organization from scratch, participated in due diligence processes, integrated businesses, and contributed to transforming existing ones to deliver growth. I did not enjoy that much divesting and restructuring, although I do recognize this is just part of business life. A type of experience that helps you grow and appreciate many things you would ignore otherwise and discover the value passionate and happy people are able to deliver if they find the purpose and the way to unleash their potential.
