 Administration and support of the Billing Mediation & Interconnect Billing applications. Monitoring as well as administration of the underlying database systems. Handle the daily production issues of the systems Participate in the design, implementation and acceptance testing of required enhancements in close co-operation with the vendors. Also, participate in the implementation of the BCP (Business Continuity Plan) strategy for the systems responsible according to the guidelines set by the company BCP committee. Participate in the implementation of the company wide policies/standards in the areas of data security and S/W quality for the systems responsible. Keep detailed records where required for the implementation of the standards. Provide application systems support, when required, on-call during out-office hours for the Billing Mediation and Interconnect Billing systems. Ensure the production of daily, weekly as well as any other reports in relation to Billing Mediation and Interconnect system as timely manner.
