Project: Toronto-York Spadina Subway ExtensionFunctions:- Assistance to the Commercial Project Manager in the project administration and management- Analysis and revision of construction contracts and project costs- Analysis of schedules and additional costs- Advice on the feasibility of entering into claims- Revision of documents and analysis of events during the project- Obtaining and collection of all pertinent information and documentation in order to analyze a dispute or claim- Analysis and preparation of claim submissions- Revision of construction documents and address areas for potential claims- Determination of leading causes and events to be claimed- Determination of the extent and cost of damages

Project: Toronto-York Spadina Subway Extension Functions: - Main Project Coordinator and Submittals responsible in a $404M project.- Assist the Project Manager in project administration and management.- Review and send submittals and shop drawings to the client.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date shop drawings, track the status of RFI’s, obtain quotations - for notices of change, update and assemble as-built documents.- Review, interpret and Update construction schedules.- Assisting with and clarifying scope of work with sub-trades and suppliers- Attending project meetings and recording meeting minutes.- Preparing invoicing templates, and completing time sheets daily for each site and department.Project Coordinator responsible of the next sites:- TBM (Tunnel Boring Machines) and Tunnels- York University Station Box - Steeles West Launch Shaft (Emergency Exit Building #5) - Emergency Exit Buildings #6 & #7- Cross Passages #5, #6 & #7- Monitoring Department
