Sr. Brand Manager - Professional Performance Chemicals
CurrentResponsible for managing and executing the brand, product, and marketing initiatives in support of professional automotive chemical brands – Wynn’s, including Wynn's Racing Program, Full Throttle, and QMI.Set the strategic vision for additive chemicals in the professional automotive service channels.Identify, develop and implement brand and portfolio strategies to drive market share, deliver revenue and variable margin growth.Partner with and collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategies and initiatives. .Manage product life cycle and innovation pipelines, collaborate with Sales and/or Insights to identify new market opportunities, develop and launch new products in the professional automotive service channels.Work closely with new product development team ensuring new products are in line with brand strategy, trends, and future needs shared by retailers and consumers.Coordinate the creation and execution of brand support deliverables for new product launches such as website development, installation videos, training content, etc.Develop and implement pricing strategies.Implement highly focused brand plans.Responsible for communicating key changes and updates internally and to Strategic Business Partners via Bulletins and Press Releases.Responsible for making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns.Cultivate relationships and strategic partnerships with key internal and external parties to effectively lead cross-functional teams and secure internal buy-in.Work with agencies, evaluate creative and provide strong constructive feedback.Help manage advertising development and media planning.Responsible for all brand packaging and graphic updates.Work cross-functionally to create and execute SOPs.
