Management of 30.000 PN e 400 customers.Main Customers: AGCO, Caterpillar, CNH, GE, John Deere, Romi, Schuler, ValeResponsible for the quality of the service center in Itatiba (non-serial manufacturing) and for the claim management of all Rexroth products commercialized in Brazil, performing:• Incoming inspection management; • Calibration management of instruments and devices used in Itatiba plant and in field service;• Quality Management System maintenance (procedures, customer requirements, indicators, 5S, audits);• Customer claims support defining of immediate containment actions, root cause analysis and action plan development and customer’s response;• Scheduling of technical assistance for warranty services in the field, and BOM analysis, sending Kits of possible parts to be available at the time of the service;• Negotiation of warranty debits with the customers (critical debit analysis: well-founded vs unfounded);• Warranty costs management getting reimbursement of warranty costs of imported materials (other Rexroth plants - intercompany);• Controlling the overtime work, vacation planning and adjusting the board of employees;• Feedback on time for the development of the team, trainings, appraisals, weekly meetings;• Job Rotation fulfillment to prepare all the team about solving key activities;• Daily meeting to define priorities, sharing the hot issues and monitoring the indicators.
