I'm developing a significant expertise in the national and international context of photovoltaic sector. As Counsel and Assistant to the CEO, I provide legal support in all negotiations/deals until the closing of each commercial contract/deal with our partners or clients. I provide the analysis, negotiating and drafting of contracts (EPC, O&M, Frame Work Agreements, Nda, letter of intent, MoU, consulting and partnership agreements, PV local development contracts, Subcontract).As Project Associate/Business developer, I work with the Technical Department in order to authorize the pv project and construct each photovoltaic plant.Particularly, I'm involved in the corporate and business company's activities by - Assisting in drafting and negotiation of various corporate, commercial, construction, project development contract. - to perform pre due diligence activities in order to present the project to Investor's legal/tachnical consultants for financing.- Assisting in negotiation of project plant and solar park purchasing;- providing legal due diligence activities on project plants developed.Specialties: Corporate law, Energy & environmental matters (renewables), Negotiations & contracts, Real estate, international agreement, It law, M&A.
