Technical Author of the Airbus Military CN-235 and C-295 aircraft manuals: - CLM (Cargo Loading Manual) - W&B (Weight and Balance Manual) - PDM (Performance Data Manual)

I started working as a technical Author of manuals for the aircraft CN-235, C-295, C-212 and P3 (Operation manuals, FITS manuals, Handbooks and Training manuals) During my third week at Airbus, I was offered the possibility of doing a CN-235 Type Rating course (pilot course) with a Mexican pilot crew. The course lasted for one month and it included a theoretical part (with 6 exams) and a practical part in the simulator and also in the aircraft itself. The subjects of this course were the following: general description, electric system, aircraft system, integrated electronic displays system, power plant, avionic, weight and balance, performances, flight management system, avionic practices, system practices, power plant practices and procedures. After finishing the course, I continued working as a technical author as well as helping senior management to create programs to administrate the department work (using Excel and Access). Three months later, I was moved to the CBT team where I worked as an author of the interactive computer programs.
